Welcome to our resort. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability. Please confirm your reservation by paying 50% of the total amount within 24 hours to guarantee your booking after receiving reservation letter. A valid payment or deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
A valid government-issued identification (NID/Passport/Driving License, etc.) is required at check-in time. For Married Couple, please bring marital evidence to avoid any circumstances.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out are chargeable services subject to availability. We always strive to accommodate our guests’ needs to the best of our ability
i. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
ii. The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
iii. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible
All resort facilities must be used responsibly. Management reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is identified.
5. Pick and drop:
Pick and Drop from/to: Bhanugach Rail Station, Sreemangal (Charge Applicable)
6. Outside Food:
Food from outside is not allowed. We will not allow any food brought from outside and not going to allow any request to serve/prepare that to our restaurant/villa
7. Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed inside any of our villa premises. If a guest brings a pet to our resort without prior notification, they will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by their pet. The resort reserves the right to make decisions regarding their stay, which may include cancellation or non-allocation of a villa.
8. Child Policy:
Child age of 6+ years is not allowed to share bed, our villa beds are for 2 pax, guest of age 6+ will have to accommodate with extra bed.
Children aged 5 years and younger (maximum one child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a bed-only basis if sharing with one or two adults.
All payments must be completed before or during check-in. Additional services will be charged accordingly.

11. Wifi Internet:
we’re thrilled to share that our resort offers high-speed internet via Starlink! 🚀🌐 Stay connected with blazing-fast Wi-Fi, but we also recommend soaking in the breathtaking natural surroundings and serene vibes for a truly relaxing escape! 🌿✨

Please be advised Aronnonibash Eco Resort Ltd. is situated in the top of a hill and garden area, far from the town. Unlike urban hotels such as Grand Sultan or Radisson Blu, we offer an eco-friendly environment that prioritizes nature. While we provide a comfortable and unique stay, our amenities differ from those of luxury urban hotels. We focus on a natural and serene experience. Our rooms are non-alcoholic and non-smoking. However, guests may use the balcony area for smoking. We emphasize silence and peaceful interactions. Loud music and parties are not permitted to maintain the tranquility of our resort. Here Grameenphone works best with 4G, other networks are average. Occasionally, electricity from the main grid may be cut off, affecting the AC. However, we ensure 24/7 electricity through our solar grid and hybrid generator, keeping fans and lights always operational.
