Cancellation & Refund Policy

After check-in Date and Government Holiday/Special day, Black-outs Date, EID Fastival reservations are non-cancellable, non-amendable, and non-refundable.

1. Cancellation Timeline

i. 10 days before arrival  – Fully refundable
ii. 5 days before arrival  – 50% will be refunded
iii. 4 days before arrival  – No refund is allowed
iv. For Booking more than 7 rooms- 15 days prior cancellation request is required to get refund of advance amount.

(Time will be counted from 11:59pm of previous day)

2. Reschedule Policy:

Government Holiday/Special day bookings cannot be rescheduled
One (1)  reschedule is allowed. There will be charges applicable:

i. 10 days before arrival  – reschedule allowed
ii. 5 days before arrival  – 50% will be refunded
iii. 4 days before arrival  – No reschedule is allowed
iv. For Booking more than 7 rooms- 15 days prior cancellation request is required to get reschedule date.

3. No-show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-refundable Bookings

Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
